Glennis Perez - Mathematics Expert

Glennis Perez graduated from William Paterson University in 2000 with her B.A. in elementary education. Since then, she has continued her education and enjoyed a rich career as both an educator and administrator. She is currently the lead mathematics teacher at the Village of Excellence Academy in Tampa, Florida. She is the Title 1 School Coordinator and teaches math and science to fourth graders. Glennis has served in both principal and assistant principal roles.

  2. Elementary Education Glennis Perez is an educator and administrator who has devoted over 20 years to bringing academic excellence to students at every age level. She holds certifications in educational leadership, ESL, bilingual and bicultural education. She is certified as a school principal and in elementary education K-6.

  3. Mathematics Lead She has a talent for recognizing and cultivating the potential in others, and she is currently the mathematics lead teacher at Village of Excellence Academy in Tampa, Florida. Glennis is adept at forging community partnerships to support student learning, and she is active in mentoring other teachers and administrators.

  4. Educator Glennis Perez has been an educator for over twenty years and is dedicated to raising the bar in schools and closing the gaps in student achievement. She seeks to motivate teachers as well as students on the path toward systemic change. Glennis has taught in New Jersey and in Florida.

  5. Lead Teacher Glennis Perez began her career in education as a sixth grade ELL lead teacher in Union City, New Jersey. With over two decades as a leader in education, she has worked in the classroom and in administration roles, including her time as principal for Hillsborough County Public Schools in Tampa, Florida.
