The employer himself usually applies for this work permit and residency visa on the worker’s behalf. These documents, namely the residency visa and work permit, generally last for around 1 to 2 years. They can last for more than two, but that is dependent upon your employment contract.
What do the employees have to do after receiving their Visa? • Once the employee’s respective company secures the visa quota approval through the Ministry of Labour, they can sign up the employee's contract and revert it to the employer.
