  1. Make Yourself Fit &Fine Now everyone wants to have healthy life and fitness is the goal to be fit and fine. Some are discouraged to do strength-conditioning exercises. Do exercise a good habit and to make you fit and maintain your health. Sports physiotherapy is especially within physiotherapy which is dedicated to the assessment and treatment of injuries related to sports and exercise at all levels and ages. This places more pressure on the joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons and can make them pr0one to injury. There are four types of exercise endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility each one has different benefits and exercise helps your body muscles tighten and keep you fit. Brisk walking, joggings, cycle, swimming, dancing, and climbing stairs. If you are sports person, activities such as playing football, running and routine exercise is very important healthy adults for varied function, including bone and muscles strength for weight loss. Strength and conditioning are the selection and development of improving physical performance and dynamic exercise. It is used to develop everybody and improve the way a person moves, with the intention of enhancing sporting or physical performance. It is great way to transform your body and get your body shapes and get huge results whether you are an athlete or amateur, expert, or just starting out.
