It was a natural sigh because Kaspar remembers that it was the skull of some soldier killed in the battle at Blenheim. The object was a skull. 3. How common were the skulls there? At which place many of them could be found? A3. The skulls were common there because it was the place where thousands of men were butchered and killed and their Corpses were left rotting.
