  3. Client Services IDRC’s Client Services Team are on the front line of IDRC operations. The team assists clients with most aspects of their visit, from general enquiries to room set-up, to assistance with equipment, to catering requirements, and whether during normal office hours or, when booked, out-of-hours. Rooms The Centre offers over 70 rooms, of which 18 are large rooms, suitable for all types of hearings, and the others are for use as breakout or retirement rooms, or for smaller meetings. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with Audio Visual, telephony and security access.
