  4. 1) Automation System Engineer Automation engineers are professionals with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to design, develop, manufacture, and manage equipment and systems, such as automated factories, automated processes, and automated warehouses. Seven sessions make up the broad division of the training programme. Each class is led by subject matter specialists with practical experience. Engineers need sufficient basic to advanced level training to survive in the rapidly developing world of automation. To prepare our qualified engineers to work as professionals in the industry, we have established our curriculum. In order to prepare participants to create a cost-effective design that adheres to industry standards, we have established our training programme.

  5. 2) Professional Diploma In Industrial Automation The goal of the Industrial Automation course is to provide students with the information and abilities needed to function as an automation technician in factories and other commercial settings. Introduction to Automation was a 6-month course for the Professional Diploma in Industrial Automation (PDIA). Industrial Electrical systems, Basic Electrical, Basic Electronics, Industrial Process & Instrumentation Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Basic Digital Electronics Lab, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Human-Machine Interface (HMI) etc. will all be covered during the training.

  6. 3) Advanced Automation System Professional The term "automation" refers to a broad range of technologies that minimise human involvement in processes, namely by predetermining decision criteria, subprocess linkages, and related activities, as well as by encoding those predeterminations in machines. Generally speaking, there are seven sessions in the training programme. Experts with previous work experience lead each session. Engineers need comprehensive training from the fundamentals to the most sophisticated levels to survive in the rapidly developing world of automation. Our curriculum has been created to produce industry-ready professionals among our qualified engineers. Because of this, we have created our training programme to enable participants to create a design that is both affordable and compliant with industry requirements.

  7. 4) Advanced PLC Program Professional PLC Program offers a collection of programming languages and a software paradigm for creating PLC control systems. An industrial computer control system called a PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER) continuously analyses the status of input devices and decides how to regulate the state of output devices based on a customised programme. Using PLC-based systems, virtually every manufacturing line, machine feature, or process may be significantly improved. With improved performance and reliability under real-time restrictions, PLCs can be programmed to carry out a variety of tasks. The most used PLC programming language is ladder logic. Programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition, human machine interface, field instrumentation and pneumatics, and control panel design are the key topics addressed in this course.

  8. 5) DCS Engineering & Maintenance Any dynamic system referred to as a "DCS" (DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM) is one in which the controller elements are distributed throughout the system rather than being located in a central place, with one or more controllers controlling each component sub-system. An entire set of controllers and field devices are connected to a single communication network in a DCS, which is a fully computerised control system. For the monitoring and management of distributed equipment, the term "DCS" is extremely broad and is used in many different industries. Complex loop controls in process industries are handled by distributed control systems. In this case, various controllers share the control function. In both digital and analogue forms, the DCS system can handle thousands of I/O. Additionally, they give the plant control more redundancy.

  9. 6) Electrical Control & Panel Designing An electrical control panel is an enclosure, usually made of metal or plastic, that houses crucial electrical parts that regulate and observe a variety of mechanical operations. A key component in the efficient operation and performance of these systems is the ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL DESIGNING, which serves as the brain of all industrial automation projects. The most common accessories for controlling and monitoring field devices are push buttons, analogue instruments, Monitoring device Controllers, and other accessories. The Electrical Control Panel designing course covers a wide range of applications in producing DOL Starters and Star Delta Starters, using Analog, Digital & Sequential timer modules, creating Relay logic, designing panel circuits, etc. The trainings are focused on : PLCs in industrial Electrical Controls, Control Panel Design, and Electrical Controls Design and Installation.

  10. 7) Industrial Networking Networks that handle large-scale data transfer are referred to as industrial networks. Industrial networking training industries are going through a significant shift as a result of the growing demand for interfaces in areas like robots, material handling, manufacturing, and other control processes. Unprecedented degrees of automation are now mainly owing to this trend, not just in factories but also across the board in commercial operations. This course covers the industry-standard networking hardware and protocols. For the control of numerous operations, PLC networking is frequently employed in industries. Maximum hands-on experience with networking hardware and network configuration is provided to participants.

  11. 8) Diploma in Marine Automation Systems The standard list of marine automation systems includes traditional process control systems, safety systems, vessel management systems, power manager systems, propulsion control systems, dynamic positioning, and additional monitoring or control systems. In general, there are seven sessions in the training programme. Experienced professionals teach each session. Engineers cannot thrive without sufficient basic to advanced training in the automation industry, which is rapidly developing. To help our trained engineers become professionals who are ready for the workplace, we have established our curriculum. So, we created our training course to provide participants the tools they need to create a design that is both economical and compliant with industry requirements.

  12. 9)VFD Installation Professional A motor controller known as a variable frequency drive (VFD) controls an electric motor by adjusting the power supply's frequency and voltage. The VFD may also regulate the motor's ramp-up and ramp-down during start and stop, respectively. Applications for VFDs range from little appliances to the biggest mining mill motors and compressors. One of the best energy management instruments ever developed for the flexible speed and torque control of three phase motors is the VFD. Today Energy-efficient Variable Frequency Drives have taken the place of conventional motor starters. Without damaging the motor windings, variable frequency drives can deliver the maximum starting torque.

  13. 10)Customize programming PLC SCADA A PLC is a piece of tangible equipment. In contrast, SCADA is a piece of software. A PLC is tangible in this regard. A PLC can be held and looked at. In terms of software, SCADA is comparable to an operating system like Windows and runs on a computer system. The following trainings will be covered in this course: Electrical Control Panel Designing Training, PLC, SCADA, and VFD
