  2. About Us Dr. Dhir is a highly trained plastic and cosmetic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience in his field. He attended Govt. Medical College, Patiala, as an undergraduate and received his medical degree from Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India. On his return to India, he started his own practice in New Delhi and joined Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, at its inception in 1995, in the capacity of a Senior Consultant Plastic and Cosmetic surgeon. Indraprastha Apollo Hospital is the first corporate hospital in India to be accredited by Joint Commission International. He has the honour of holding the post of the President of the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, for the year 2016 – 2017. He is the first plastic surgeon in India, to be accepted as an International Active member of American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
