Medico Valley Foundation is promote, maintain and manage schools, colleges and other institution for imparting education in various streams of medical, paramedical, nursing, harmacy and other disciplines to promote hospitals, dispensaries, maternity, homes, diagnostic centers, research centers, nursing homes, the institution for the relief of patient. 2. To provide, create and manage all types of medical clinics, hospitals, and ICU’S from remote villages to town with the aim of economical help.

  2. 3.To establish support, provide and develop medical programs, projects and activities for the benefit of community health, orphans, destitute, leprosy patients, physically disabled, mentally and psychologically challenged people with uncurable diseases, infection, alcoholics and drug addicts. 4.To organize blood and organs donations drive for the needy people Also provide ambulances, hearse and mobile dispensary for instant help. 5.To create, organize and ensure assistance to needy people for medical, old age, education, rehabilitation, disaster struck, rescue and relief camp. 6.To manage old age homes, school and homes for blind and physically challenged persons, destitute children’s and females, adoption centers, orphanages, day care centers and crèches. 7.To work for all round development of human beings in all spheres of life e.g. physical, mental, healthy, economy, education, peace, and prosperity.

  3. 8.To maintain and manage seminars, conferences, workshops and other programs for imparting the education. 9.To establish and distribute scholarships, stipends and charitable help to encourage underprivileged students students,schlars, and teachers for pursuing educational and research activities. and toprovide monetary aid to 10.To organize and assist in organizing and conducting lectures, seminars, workshops and symposia on objects of relevance to the general public and to provide the platform for the public education on the preventive aspect. 11.To publish journals, bulletins, pamphlets, books, periodicals and the like for promoting the aims and objective of the society. 12.To support the student for higher education and research in medical institutions and to provide training for the doctors in the various disciplines if medicines in India and abroad. 13.Medico Valley Foundation Services do all activities related to health and eradication of diseases.

  4. 14.To do all that is necessary and incidental to the purpose of achieving the objectives mentioned above and which are not incorporated in the above objectives. 15.To launch portals, websites and make use of information technology for the of attaining the main objects of the company. 16.To organize seminars, conferences, study meeting and courses with a view to impart practical training the main objects of the company. 17.To run, maintain support and keep the bilateral or multilateral relationship with schools, colleges, universities, study centeres , nongovernment organizations and other institutions for the furtherance or attainment of the purpose of a company. 18.To subscribe to become a member and cooperate with any other association, whether incorporated or not whose objects are altogether or in part similar to those of this company and procure from and communicate to any such association such information as may be thought likely to further the objects of the company.

To invest the surplus funds of the company, not immediately required and for the benefit of the company only in deposit of scheduled/commercial banks or government’s securities or in such other manner as per guidelines issued by the government of India or any other authorities from time to time and also subject to the companies act 1956. 20. To run and support or aid in the establishment and support of association institutions, funds, trusts and conveniences formulated to benefit members or employees or ex-employees of the company. 21. To enter into any agreement with any government or other authorities municipal, local or otherwise any other company or body that may seem conducive to the objects of the company and to obtain from any such government or authority or company or body any rights, privileges and concessions which the company may think it desirable to obtain and carry out exercise and comply with such arrangements rights privileges and concessions. 22.To give the government legislature and public bodies and other similar organization facilities of conferring with and other similar organization facilities of conferring with and ascertaining the views of the company as regards matters indirectly or directly affecting the interest of members of the company.

To acquire any immovable property, movable property, intellectual property by purchase, lease, hire, exchange or otherwise and make improvements thereon necessary or incidental to the accomplishments of the charitable purpose of the company. 24. To receive any gift of the movable property with or without any condition. Any such condition may provide for the name of the person to be associated with the company but not so as to change the name of the company. 25. To draw, accept make and to endorse, discount and negotiate promissory notes, bills of exchange and other negotiable and transferable instruments. 26. To create any depreciation fund, reserve fund, sinking fund or any special or another fund .Whether for depreciation or for repairing, improving, extending or maintaining any of the property of the company.

  7. 27.To collect and disseminate statistical and other information securing the promotion of the objects of the company to make efforts for the spread of medical, environmental, social, hygienically and economical knowledge. 28.To publish journals, periodicals, reviews, pamphlets, reports, magazines, books, business forms, advertisements, maps, charts, engravings, posters, cards, pictures and illustrations on medical, environmental , social and other matters useful to the society and in particular to promote the objects of the company. 29. To accept contributions, gifts or donations for many persons and to accumulate and provide an endowment fund and to invest the same or any surplus funds of the company not immediately required for its purpose upon such as may be determined by the board of directors from time to time and as may be statutorily permitted and to apply the income arising therefore for any or all of the objects of the company. 30. To charge such fees, consideration or price for various activities to be carried on by the company as provided herein and to provide them with such concessional rate or free of cost, as the company may deem fit. 31. To enter into contracts and arrangements including those for foreign in collaboration with any other person, firm, company or body corporate in India or abroad for the carrying out or jointly with such other persons, firm, company or body corporate of any of the objects for which the company is formed.

  8. 32.Top pay all preliminary expenses of any company promoted by the company or any company in which the company is or may contemplate being interesting including in such preliminary expenses all or any part of the costs any expenses of owners of business or property acquired by the company. 33. To provide a common forum for an exchange of views and by the medical, scientific and social community and to organize wings or panels in feels such as medicine, environment, science and education. 34. To render office services to associates, institutions and other bodies having objects similar to those of the company. 35. To pay out of funds of the company all expenses which company may lawfully pay with respect to promotion and formation of the company. 36.To make donations to such persons or an institution and in such cases either or cash or any other assets as may be through directly or indirectly conductive and in such cases either of cash or any other assist or guarantee money for charitable, scientific, religious or benevolent purposes. To open a current account or fixed deposit account with any bank and to pay into and draw money from such accounts. 37. To open saving current or fixed deposit account with any bank and to pay into and draw money from such accounts. 38. To borrow money from members/banks/financial institution, company, firm, a person for the attainment of objects of the company.
