Mr. Boyajian has simultaneously guided Que-Mont Developers, Inc., as President and CEO since 1995. He has built luxury single-family homes and overseen numerous condominium development projects. His firm is currently involved in developing luxury hotels in Eastern Europe. Jack H. Boyajian and his executive team have also led numerous international projects, including organic banana farms in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and a $500 million ultra-luxury condominium development in Wildwood, New Jersey. His firm was also recently involved in developing a gated community in Uruguay comprising 500 lots and a 27-hole golf course on a 1,000-plus acre luxury home site. Jack H. Boyajian’s entrepreneurial projects are not limited to the real estate and land development sphere. He recently joined a team of scientists, business leaders, and government officials in the Philippines. Committed to creating a sustainable organic shrimp and fish farming industry, the group plans to improve the livelihoods of small farmers in developing regions of the country. Mr. Boyajian’s involvement focuses on securing U.S. export markets for the resulting aquaculture and agricultural products. A former Trustee of the Armenian Presbyterian Church Soup Kitchens, Jack H. Boyajian volunteers with the Palisades Emergency Residence, a Union City, New Jersey, homeless shelter.
