  1. Jeffrey Harrell - What is the current status of the healthcare department, as observed by the OECD? In the world, there are many organizations that take care of countries' development by measuring their statistics, growth percentage, factors that are low, or 80 key indicators for the population health system performance of each particular industry. Similarly, the OECD is one such online library that is known as the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development and looks for the growth percentage, covering all measures that impact growth and performance. At present, healthcare is a department that requires immediate additions and people who are interested in becoming part of this organization. There are certain measures by which the healthcare department analyses professional values and ethics. Honesty: Effective teamwork is highly valued, and this includes being transparent about goals, choices, uncertainties, and errors. Discipline: Even though it seems inconvenient, team members exercise discipline in carrying out their assigned duties and obligations. 3: Creativity: Team members are eager and inspired to think imaginatively about new difficulties. Even mistakes and certain unintended negative results are seen by them as potential possibilities for progress. 4 Humility: Despite acknowledging differences in training, team members do not believe that one type of training or viewpoint is always superior to others. 5 Curiosity: Team members are committed to reflecting on the lessons they managed to learn in their everyday routines and applying this reflective experience to their professional development and team functioning. All in all, As per the knowledge of Jeffrey Harrell, there are equal shared goals that ask for attention; the inclusion of patients was necessitated, and family members and other people who are available to support them include collective interest and demonstrate equal ownership. Clear goals are another aspect that helps share functions, responsibilities, and accountabilities to optimize tanning and efficiency with the division of labour.
