  24. Parents meetings for the students of class 3,6 and 9, who have state exams and tests. Students’ learning achievements are analysed. The examples are the following:

  28. Students’ achievements in trial exams are analysed according to the following levels

  29. Students are encouraged to pass their exams successfully:Responsibility + hard work + willpower = successful results in exams

  30. General parents meetings are organised at least 3 times a year, where the achievements of all school students are analysed. Parents and teachers discuss all the problems or questions ( if there are any) and future plans all together.

  32. Students’ achievements in daily work are compared with the achievements for the last two school years.

  33. Parents get acquainted with exam and test procedures and demands that their children need finishing each school year, common problems are discussed and solved. After the general parents meetings there are usually class parents meetings or individual talks with the class teachers or subject teachers.

  34. Class teachers make the analysis of the achievements of his/her students and inform their parents. Each month the results in the learning process are sent to parents. Here is another example:

  35. Subject teachers make the analysis of the test results and summaries of the term and school year results in their subjects. They analyse all the students achievements. All kinds of materials are used in the learning and teaching process starting with usual student books and ending with modern technologies, whiteboard and internet resources.
