  2. About Jennifer Schiavi NP I am a dedicated board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of nursing experience. I bring expertise and compassion to the realm of ADHD care. I am not just a healthcare provider; I am a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). My mission is to empower ADHD patients to conquer emotional, behavioral, relationship, and achievement challenges. My holistic approach combines nutrition, behavioral interventions, and pharmaceutical options when necessary, ensuring comprehensive ADHD treatment.

  3. Your care Matters My philosophy of care is "patient as family." I treat you like my family. I will take the time with you. Appointments are either 30 minutes or 1 hour. You will never feel rushed. Communication through your portal is answered within 12-24 hours during weekdays and non-holidays. As a family nurse practitioner I can treat other non-complicated health concerns that may be affecting your ADHD symptoms or refer you to a specialist. We work together using a functional medicine approach to discover any lab abnormalities. ​ Our visits may focus on stimulant medication. However, we also talk about how are you as a whole person.

  4. Treatment Details • Payment is due at time of service. However, I believe in affordable access to care. So, I can help you submit your bill to your insurance. • First visit (1 hour in-person) $206 • Your first visit includes a comprehensive exam, vital signs, and a thorough history. Prior to your first appointment I will email you several intake questionnaires.

  5. Follow up visit (30 minutes telehealth) $150 • Your follow up visits are tailored to your personal treatment plan. Follow ups are typically every 1-3 months. A follow up may be in person if you need a physical assessment.
