  2. How can you dry the liquid latex flooring quickly? Apart from being used in craft projects, liquid latex flooring is another popular application for the same. It is a combination of ammonia, latex, as well as water in proper amounts. Liquid latex tends to dry naturally in the air. However, if you are already done with your levelling work, here are some ways to fasten the drying process. Try out the methods explained in the following slides to ensure that you have your floor dried up for use as quickly as possible.

  3. Avoid using direct heat on a single spot. If you actually want to dry out the flooring, you have to opt for an even application of air. For this, you can opt for a ceiling fan switched on. Ceiling fans usually spread the air in the outward direction; hence the airflow is even all through the room. Opting for direct or extremely hot air can risk burning your latex screed.

  4. Avoid pouring the material in a single place. This can lead to uneven coating and hence, a slow drying process. You need to even out the flow of the liquid latex flooring to ensure that the entire area is coated with a proper and even layer with no depths or highs in any area. If you want a quick-drying session, you can opt for a dryer that comes with cool air mode and dry off the latex instead of opting for the hot air mode.
