  1. 1.BAKING SODA AND LEMON JUICE Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate is not only for baking your favorite chocolate cake. If you mix a couple of teaspoons with enough lemon juice to create a paste, you can use this lemony mixture to brush your teeth and then wash it off after one minute. For starters, strawberries are rich in malic acid which is great for removing stains. All you have to do is mix a teaspoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. Make sure the paste is soft and sticky enough for you to brush your teeth with. Leave the paste on for one minute and then feel free to wash it off with either water or mouthwash. You can purchase hydrogen peroxide from any drugstore.
