Naval Acquisition Continuum S/A: N85, N86, N87, N88, N1, N2, N3/5, N4, N6, N8 • Products: • Harmonized, collaborative S&T investments (FNC/JCTD/RTT/TTI/SBIR) • Single, integrated “Big Navy” Roadmap Performers: ITECH SURFTECH SUBTECH TD: SYSCOMS, WARFARE Centers USFFC CTO USMC CARTECH AIRTECH PEOs: C4I, IWS, AIR, SHIPS, SUBS ITECH NCO ITECH Goal: Provide, at the three-star level, an unambiguous, well-staffed description of the acquisition trade space in terms of capability and resourcing over time. Scope: S&T Cross-Domain/Cross-Platform Capabilities Sets

Enterprise-to-Enterprise • Products: • A fully described convergence point (20XX and Capability set) sufficient to enable US Naval forces to interoperate across its full mission set • A management process capable of guiding DON to the convergence point. Performers: NAE SWE NNFE USE NECC PE Enterprise NCO COI ITECH NCO ITECH NCO COI Enterprise Scope: Acquisition Continuum (FORCEnet) Governance Goal: Provide the N6 (and, by extension, the NNFE) a comprehensive description of all issues properly within the ITECH purview as the basis for well-informed interaction with other CFO counterparts in the FRE construct
