  1. Aurora Tour – A Magnificent Night Show Attract the Visitors Yellowknife is a beautiful place located in Northern West Territories. Here so many places attract visitors, hence many people plan to visit Yellowknife and get the help of Yellowknife Tourism. There have been more tourists going to the Canadian Arctic area in current years for both tourism and business. Adventure Yellowknife Tourism agencies are starting to promote the Arctic as an exclusive destination to experience the natural charm and wildlife of the north as well as the society of the native Inuit who exist there. As an outcome of the formation of the Nunavut region and government, the capital town of Iqaluit has been rising as Inuit from lesser Arctic communities travel to the town for more occupation opportunities. This development has made the raise of business voyagers to the Arctic. Getting to the Arctic has ever been an issue for travelers since there are no roads that ascend there from southern Canadian town. The Arctic societies are very lonely from the rest of Canada as well as from each other places. Flying towards Yellowknife Tourism has been the only choice although several coastal Arctic regions are serviced by load boat through the summers as well. For the average voyager, the air choice is the only method to go. Although journey to the Canadian Arctic has enlarged, the number of tourists going up north is very little compared to number of tourists between southern Canadian locations. As a consequence, the major Canadian shipper Air Canada and surely none of the US carriers service the Arctic. The only viable airlines which provide Aurora Tour for the average tourist are First Air and Canadian North.

  2. Anyone who has ever experienced an Aurora can never forget the luminous display. Aurora is nothing but a natural occurrence, where lights of several shapes and colors, light up sky in the night. It is caused when solar wind from the sun crashes with the Earth's external magnetic atmosphere and liberates its energy. It can last for many hours - and it will load you with wonder! In the Yellowknife, on the shorelines of the Great Slave Lake, way up in the Territories of North Western, it is a wonderful, vivacious town, and it is far enough norths to assurance views of the Aurora Tour on most apparent nights. Aurora happens on a usual basis, day and night, whole year round. But, like the stars and moon, it is only noticeable when the sky is very dark. The northern skies don't get extremely dark in summer season - so the great time to see and enjoy Aurora is on an apparent winter's night. January February, November, and December offer great views - but this far north the winter nights are dangerously cold! So March, April, September and October are the best months.
