  1. Is Dapoxetine a Good Alternative to Other Prescription Drugs? Dapoxetine, a new antidepressant, has been found to be safe and effective for the treatment of premature ejaculation, according to two major clinical trials. Dapoxetin is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Dapoxetine, which is most commonly referred to as its brand name Priligy, is a medication prescribed for the treatment of premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine, which is medically classified as a fast-acting SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) is the only prescription medication available specifically for the treatment of early ejaculation. This popular medication is meant to delay ejaculation for a little longer during sex. Dapoxetine is an SSRI, which helps to block the reabsorption of serotonin in the brain. This drug has shown success in treating premature ejaculation, however, it can come with a host of side effects. Dapoxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and the first drug approved for the on-demand treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Dapoxetine (60 mg) 1–3 h before planned intercourse is a very effective treatment modality for PE. An on demand dose of 30 mg dapoxetine is no more effective than the currently prescribed paroxetine treatment. Dapoxetine should only be used if you are diagnosed with premature ejaculation. It can be taken with or without food. It is usually taken as needed, one to three hours before sexual activity. It is not intended for regular daily use. Avoid taking more than one tablet within 24 hours. its initial half-life is approximately 1.4 hours for both doses, its initial half-life is approximately 1.4 hours for both doses. Dapoxetine can be used in men with either life-long or acquired PE. Treatment should be initiated at a dose of 30 mg and titrated to a maximum dose of 60 mg based upon response and tolerability. In men with acquired PE and comorbid ED, dapoxetine can be co prescribed with a phos-phodiesterase type-5 inhibitor drug. The drug dapoxetine for sale is on Online Generic Medicine

  2. It increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve the control over the ejaculation. Dapoxetine treatment was generally safe and well tolerated across the range of doses, with no notable cardiovascular-related safety events directly attributed to dapoxetine treatment. Dapoxetine undergoes rapid absorption and elimination resulting in minimal accumulation and has dose-proportional pharmacokinetics, which are unaffected by multiple dosing and do not vary between ethnic groups. The pharmacokinetic profile of dapoxetine suggests that it is a good candidate for on-demand treatment of PE. Dapoxetine, which is generally categorised as a fast-acting SSRI, was developed specifically to treat this condition. It may be effective at the first dose when given 1-3 hours before sexual intercourse, and its adverse-effect profile is comparable to those of other SSRIs. Dapoxetine has been approved in a number of countries but not yet in the United States. In a study of men with both premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction who were on phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) therapy, dapoxetine provided treatment benefit and was generally well tolerated. However, up to 90% of patients discontinue dapoxetine, mostly because of adverse effects, cost, and disappointing efficacy. On demand dapoxetine is a novel effective treatment modality for PE. Although a dose of dapoxetine 60 mg is 1–3 h before planned intercourse produces a greater increase in IELT for men with PE, compared to paroxetine. Dapoxetine is an effective, safe and well tolerated on-demand treatment for PE and, in the opinion of the author, is likely to fulfil the treatment needs of most patients.
