  1. Park Systems Provides A Historical Guideline On How Their Range Developed The team of professional experts at Park Systems has played and is still playing a critical role in the development of atomic force microscope technology. This team has its roots in the initial research work that took place at Stanford University when Dr Sang-Il Park was part of the team responsible for the development of this advanced technology. From the day that Dr Park founded the company, they only continued to pave the way in the field for fellow researchers. Their journey reflects a mission to deliver the most advanced technology that produces accurate results through advanced imaging technology and they want to deliver these solutions to the broader market. Park Systems is one of the forerunners in the field of AFM research and development and their story is well presented through a historical timeline reflecting precision and commitment to excellence. It is a story that starts even before 1997, the founding year of Park Systems. Yes, the true beginning of Park Systems stems back to 1985 – 1986. This was the time when the development and realization of atomic force microscopy took place. After this success, it was mostly during 1988 that the commercialization of the technology started to gain momentum. After the founding of Park Systems, the team only continued their work of excellence and soon after, in 2002, they were able to release the Crosstalk Eliminated (XE). The advanced device showcased improved imaging and provided researchers with much better feedback than any device could do before. In 2004, the world of science and research had its first introduction with True Non- Contact Mode. This was a technological breakthrough as the team of developers at Park Systems managed to get a device that allowed for a non-destructive sample scan. It meant that researchers could proceed with surface imaging without causing any damage to the live cell. This was a breakthrough for live cell research. Over the next couple of years, the field of atomic force microscopes expanded as Park System simply continued to release one advanced model after the other into the market for commercial trade. Every new release brought about additional benefits and features. In 2008, it was the XE-3DM that brought about better high- resolution 3D Metrology than ever before, while 2009 saw the XE-Bio. The device made live-cell imaging possible with ion conductance microscopy. However, it was in 2011 that the team released their flagship model. This new product was the first in a new line that allowed for true sample topography.

  2. Since then, the team had a new addition that they released into the world of science and research on a nano-level almost annually. Every addition was more advanced than the one before, more impressive and flaunted even greater possibilities. Through the continuous work of this team, they enable researchers and scientists in a range of fields to explore more, achieve more and to enable these professionals to make more possibilities open to the world. From those early days to today, the industry of atomic force microscopy has grown into an industry that is worth roughly $6.2 billion and this number increases annually with a sturdy growth rate of about 28%. At the forefront of this multi-billion market, you’ll find the team of Park Systems. It is a team that applies their skills daily to continue the innovative spirit of their founding father, a man who was part of a group who had the vision to achieve the impossible. It is this character of the brand, a character that reflects innovative thinking, commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding results that make the name Park Systems a global leader in their field. About Us: Park Systems is one of the leaders in the field when it comes to atomic force microscopes. The amount of time and funding our elite team puts into research and development is ensuring that our ranges of advanced solutions are remaining at the edge. Our developments are often the main characters to drive growth in the field forward as our experts continue to set new benchmarks in the field. Our mission is to maintain the same outstanding results as that what our founder delivered when he was part of the team central to the development of the initial AFM.
