  2. The Regression Phase The Catagen phase is a 2-3-week period during which the lash stops growing and starts to split from its follicle. Your eyelash will then continue on its short life cycle for another 3 months before finally falling. The majority of people will begin to notice their lashes shedding at this point.

  3. The Resting Phase When your lash starts to shed, it enters the Telogen stage, which lasts up to three months and is when it stays in its "club" until it comes out fully and new lashes grow in its place.

  4. The New Growth Phase This cycle will repeat itself until you eventually die, but what matters is how long your lashes are in the growth phase and how many times it cycles before it sheds again!

  5. Tips Makeup removers containing oil should be avoided. do not use an oil-based product to take off your lash extensions! Remove them with an eye makeup remover that isn't waterproof. avoid tugging on your lash line when removing mascara, since this may irritate them as well. Avoid rubbing or pulling on the eyes when removing lash extensions.
