After everyone is out of danger and EMS and the police have been called, obtain the following information: The full names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance information, driver’s license number, and license plate number of all the drivers involved. ★ If a driver does not own the car they are driving, also get the name, address, phone number, and insurance information of the owner of the vehicle. ★

  3. The full names, addresses, and phone numbers of any passengers in all of the vehicles, as well as any other witnesses to the accident. ★ If any of the drivers appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, notify police or other emergency personnel immediately. ★
