  2. What Is Juggling? Juggling refers to the physical ability, characteristic of a juggle, involving the mastery of diverse objects for sport, entertainment, art or recreation. The most familiar form of juggling, which is often associated with famous jugglers, is juggling at amateur levels. At more advanced levels, juggling moves can be complex and demanding of physical strength and coordination. In this article we will look at the physical requirements of juggling at each level, as well as some of the equipment you will need to participate.Do you want to learn more? Visit Juggling.

  3. At the most basic level, toss juggling involves two or more balls with the fingers of one hand holding one ball in each palm of the other, and the other fingers holding the opposite ends of the same ball. The contact juggling involves the throwing of the balls with hands and arms, rather than fingertips. Juggle competitions are based on timing and correct body positioning rather than actual physical coordination. There are several forms of contact juggling such as free-style and spin juggling, as well as more traditional back and forth styles of contact juggling. Free-style juggling requires the simultaneous release and reception of a thrown ball, while spin juggling involves the use of both hands and arms.Interested readers can find more information about them at Juggling Balls.

  4. At higher levels, the positions and nature of the juggling will change to take into account the gravity and direction of throws. As well, there are many more rules that jugglers must follow including the throw distance, required balancing techniques and the required juggling pattern. Juggle competitions vary according to style, rules, organisation and degree of involvement, but they all involve large balls on a table or surface. A good juggler will be able to perform a series of numbers passing quickly and accurately, while juggling in a smooth flowing style, whilst showing excellent balancing techniques and acrobatics. You can learn more at How to juggle.
