    Web-Site Address: STSAtrain.com The STSA Main Window will appear; Push “Sign-Up Now” Button There are 2 choices; select 1 of them District “Official” Registering a Whole District and its Employees Blue Button or Individual Professional Staff Member Registering Self as an Employee of a District Yellow Button

    14. District Registration

    If you are a District Official, you may register your entire unit at once - (Blue Button) Whole State Whole County School District Individual School Provide Data Requested (Name, Title, District Name, e-mail) and Register -- Make up (and remember) your own user name & password You will shortly receive a return e-mail acknowledgement with a District-wide ID code (10 random letters & numbers) Typically within one business day; fast but not instantaneous Pass this same District ID code on to all staff members of your unit They should all use the same District ID code

    15. Individual Staff Members

    If you are a professional staff member, sign-on (yellow button) Provide information requested Make up (and remember) your “user name” and “password” – No one else will know it Enter your primary job category Bus Driver Maintenance Personnel Operations Management (i.e., all other school functions) Enter District ID Code – Obtained from District Official You will receive a notice of “successful registration” Click “On Line Training” Button to begin

    16. DVD Order Placement

    To request additional copies of the “School Transportation Security Awareness” DVD Click the DVD Order Tab at the top of the screen Complete the information requested (including mailing address) Specify number of copies desired (please use judgment) Any user may request a DVD at no cost District Official Professional Staff Member or HIGHWAYSECURITY@dhs.gov or stsa@consolidatedsafety.com or bderoze@consolidatedsafety.com

    There are 3 On-Line Learning Modules Bus Drivers Maintenance Workers Operations Management Personnel (i.e., all others) You may use any, or all of the modules (some redundancy) Your “position description” selected at Sign-On will automatically take you to the most suitable module To access other modules, change your “position description” entry
