  1. Fall Bookfest Dinners Celebrated chef &restaurant pioneer Suzanne Goin has again this year managed to make a culinary event that displays her unsurpassed creations. Goin's flagship restaurant, Lucques, co- owned with Caroline Styne, have made up their minds to cloud 4 dinners to rejoice 4 new fall cookery books. Chefs Amelia Saltsman, Michael Anthony, Ruth Reichl and Russell Moore will be the honourable guests and will be open for signing books on their chosen night. Goin will be presenting her mouth-watering dishes sourced from the book's recipes itself. You will get to taste your buds with the designed menus that would be obtained from the recipes from each book as taken by Lucques’ culinary responsiveness. The dinners for Michael Anthony on November 5 will be offering certain specials from each cook book. Chef Michael Anthony is Gramercy Tavern’s Executive who believes that a chef’s work is to generate delightful flavors and healthy meals. The cook book ‘V IS FOR VEGETABLES’ is written for the home cook who takes pleasure in the cooking the vegetables he adores or is fond of. Anthony displays how the mysteries of vegetables can be as humble as roasting a beet, shedding a gnarly celery root, cutting a bright radish, washing a few just-picked greens.Anthony, one of America’s extremely celebrated chefs shares with us more than 140 simple recipes and practices for creative vegetable cooking at home.
