  1. TECHNOLOGY AND EMPLOYMENT: THE AFTERMATH

  2. Certainly, technology makes things easier, from communication to work matters. However, it doesn't only help individuals to get a task done instead it is also an advantage for employers as an aid in the hiring procedure.

  3. Innovation has influenced selecting and hiring procedures in so many ways. It is still a headwork how new innovations will alter hiring procedures or if current innovation selecting patterns will prevail as difficulties in the impending years.

  4. Rather than a procedure to screen applicants, social media recruitment has been part of the innovation selecting patterns. Also, job and career websites have taken into effect, like, web-based networking media.

  5. Background checks for employment has been so far the best influence of innovation selecting patterns. HR individuals may find this helpful in looking for matches, however, job applicants tend think that it seems unfair that employers would just consider background checks instead of looking through their resumes.
