Trade portland cement clinker : Circular No 01/2010/TT-BXD, January 08, 2010 of Minister of Construction Be tested their qualities during importing in order to meet the demands of their Viet Nam National Standard: TCVN 7024:2002 Trade portland cement clinker 2. Cements (cement products): According to list of Goods subject to State Quality Inspection by Decision No 50/2006/QD-TTg, March 7, 2006 of Prime Ministry Be tested their qualities during importing in order to meet the demands of their Viet Nam National Standards: TCVN 2682 : 2009, TCVN 6260 : 2009, ….

  17. V. conclusion 1. Viet Nam National Standards on Cements (existing) include: - 10 for Specifications; - 30 for Test methods. 2. More details of 10 TCVN Specifications (main properties) have been sent to Secretariat. 3. Circular No 01/2010/TT-BXD and Decision No 50/2006/QD-TTg are needs to inspect the quality of cement and cement clinker during importing in order to meet the demands of customers. 4.
