  11. CONCLUSION THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING IS TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TOUNDERGRADUATES TO IDENTIFY, OBSERVE AND PRACTICE HOW ENGINEERING ISAPPLICABLE IN REAL INDUSTRY. IT IS NOT ONLY TO GET EXPERIENCE ON TECHNICAL PRACTISES BUT ALSO TO OBSERVEMANAGEMENT PRACTISES AND TO INTERACT WITH FIELD WORKER. ALSO I LEARNT THE WAY OF WORK IN ORGANISATION, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING PUNCTUAL, THE IMPORTANCE OF MAXIMUM COMMITMENT IN THE IMPORTANCE OFTEAM SPIRIT. IN MY OPINION, I HAVE GAINED LOTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE NEEDEDTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN A GREAT A ENGINEERING CHALLENGE, AS IN MY OPINION,ENGINEERING IS AFTER ALL A CHALLENGE NOT A JOB.
