    35. Volunteerism LoYAC believes that volunteerism is integral to youth development and employability. Our youth volunteer locally in the following: Local community centers for civic services e.g: Autism centers, Down Syndrome, Elderly homes, etc. Awareness committees lead and actioned by our youth eg: Homes Committee, drug awareness Organizing conferences and national events eg: Arab Urban Organization, organizing the Special Olympics International volunteering e.g: Kuwait for Kenya initiative
