  1. La vicuña El chaku de vicuña es una práctica ancestral que consiste en el encierro, captura, esquila y posterior liberación de vicuñas. Esta práctica se hace en forma conjunta.

  2. Actualmente, esta costumbre continúa: un grupo de personas rodea a las vicuñas, formando un cordón humano para arrearlas hacia corrales. Cada integrante debe estar atento porque si rompen el cordón, algunas vicuñas podrían escapar y el trabajo se echaría a perder.
