  1. 3 MAJOR CAUSES OF ROOF LEAKS IN RAIN?

  2. Due to roof leaks, you might suffer extensive property damage, which is highly inconvenient. You may notice structural damage to your home due to roof leaks, including damage to your basement, walls, and ceiling. It can even create health and safety issues for your family. With such a water inlet, your house can be affected by mold and mildew. In addition, if water enters electrical cables, it may present a fire hazard. In light of all these factors, roof leaks need to be repaired as soon as possible, and finding the cause of the leak is the first step.

  3. PLUMBER External vent pipe and funnel are always present where the plumbing is installed. The configuration of some water supply systems allowed some houses to drop the ceiling during heavy rain quickly. You can experience a leak in even the most straightforward ventilation system.

  4. CONDENSATION If groundwater is not well ventilated, it can collect moist, hot air. Due to condensation in the pipeline, the attic can also be a problem. After the water enters the pipes, it drips into the basement and ceiling. This situation occurs during heavy rainfall during temporarily warm days.

  5. CHIMNEY Heavy rain drips more often in a chimney sweep than in a non-communal one. Rainwater can penetrate the lightning bolts between the chimney, roof, and masonry surface. The possibility of leakage increases such properties of the roof.
