  3. 01 • Meet the MMMA Requirements • Check to see if your medical conditions are covered by the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act. To qualify, all patients must be at least 18 years old. • 02 • Make a Doctor's Appointment • Make an appointment with one of our physicians to get their opinion and have them write a certification letter for you. • 03 • Complete the MMMP Form • To be fully approved for medical marijuana use, go through the entire MMMP application process during your appointment.
