  1. One of the most important and dire problems is child labor. Children are the future of tomorrow. Today the children that will be handed over to them in the coming days are the responsibility for managing the country but for various reasons the children are deprived of proper care today. They are being forced to pay for their livelihood. According to the National Labor Act of Bangladesh, if children are worked under the age of 6, it will be considered the child labor. In the context of Bangladesh, economic distress is the first and leading cause of the child labor. Failing to pay for education and the ill-health of the world compels a parent to employ his child in labor. The things that infants do - porters, hawkers, rickshaws, florists, garbage collectors, brick-and-mortar breakers. Hotel workers, weaving workers, drug-carriers, bigwigs, welding factory workers, bedding store workers, etc. In addition, another study titled Risk 'Child Labor' can be given, but children are also involved in special risk activities. For example the electrician ,work in chemical manufacturing factories, sale of narcotics and transport. Child laborers were forced into the mafia plot of the seaport area. For this purpose, a large number of children were abducted and taken to other countries including neighboring countries. Anti-socialist people make a lot of money by employing them for theft, extortion, begging. Children are also being appointed to the fray of the modern garment industry. In addition, the children of the city's gentlemen are the main workers of the children. The appointment of infant laborers has come from ancient times. In the civilized countries where people boast of conscience and independence, there are also instances of humiliation and shamelessness of humanity like child labor. All the child labor workers in the world are subjected to inhumane torture by the employer. Children deprived of rights are abused by their workers, both physically and mentally. But there is unspeakable oppression. The slightest misbehavior has to withstand kicking and cane wounds. Their child labor is a humanitarian act. Not only Bangladesh but the consequences of any country are dire. Because children that are the future creators of the nation, because of child labor, they become unworthy and worthless. Deprived of the light of education, they became physically disabled. Excess labors costs the health of children, they suffer from malnutrition and various diseases. Later with age, vitality begins to decay and broken health is no longer recovered. As a result, children grow up in a society with a cursed life Children under the age of 5 cannot be employed in any kind of work as per the National Labor Act, 20 of Bangladesh. 5-year-old adolescents have a daily working time of 5 hours. According to the National Child Labor Abolition Policy, 20, appropriate steps and long-term measures have been taken to abolish child labor. These are: 1. Geneva Declaration on the Rights of the Child 121, based on which the International Doctrine of the Rights of the Child was written. The UN ratified the UN General Assembly on 27 November. 2. In the year 4, Bangladesh gave the endorsement for the certificate. 3. On September 2, the Charter became a working document of the United Nations.

  2. Moreover, the National Child Policy-20 has been announced in Bangladesh # Child_ to prevent labor: In Bangladesh, 5% of children are involved in child labors. What we need to do to prevent child labors - 1. Hop-off against child labors. 2. The Right to Children Charter and the Constitution ensures the rights of children of all 3. In order to eliminate infants labors, first it is necessary to find out where the child is working. The media needs to be more publicized. 3. Alert by Government, ILO, and Children’s organizations. 4. There are welfare benefits of children - some such safety needs are urgently needed. 5. Ensure children's education. 6. If the media is writing too much to stop child labors. 7. Coordination with the respective organizations. 8. Effective enforcement of the law. 9. Awareness against child labors at the individual level. If everyone is able to work from any place, the initiative of the Government will be successful in the implementation of the ILO Convention 4 Pact and its implementation. So not just meetings and seminars, let's work on real child welfare. The tendency towards child labors is increasing day by day due to political catastrophes, , communalism, abandonment of refugee life, brutal treatment of parents, parental disability etc. More than half of the children fall prematurely due to admission to school due to child labors. That is, child labor has an inverse relationship with child education. Again, the risky work that a child does in the workplace impedes their development. As a result, they are being deprived of their rights, and the nation is slowly moving towards darkness. Therefore, children's and children's social welfare programs should be adopted in addition to enacting and implementing laws to stop child labor. Only then will a new generation of educated and aware people develop. They will be able to play a leading role in building the country without being a burden on the country.
