  2. Pullbacks  Pause is a trend  Trend usually resumes  Provides low risk entries  In a strong trend only 1 legged pullback (inside bar, bear bar)  In weak trend 2 legged pullback, rarely 4 legs

  3. How does a pullback end  Bull- if high of this bar is greater than high of previous bar  Bear- if low of this bar is lower than low of previous bar  Number of times market makes an attempts to resume the trend is the number of pullbacks  First attempt call it High1 then High 2

  4. Bull or trading range  Pullback is sideways or down movement  High 1 ends the first leg  In a strong trend it may be the end of pullback  In a weak trend in may be part of larger pullback  If market continues to go down after high1 then next time h>h[1] is high 2 reversal
