  2. Water pollution is the addition of toxic substances in rivers,lakes,stream s,underground water or in ocean

  3. Water pollution is harmful for human, marine life and also for the ecosystem of ocean.

  4. The substances that cause water pollution are called pollutants.

  5. Causes Of Water Pollution

  6. . SEWAGE WASTE . ROCKS AND SILT . OIL POLLUTION TRASH .TOXIC CHEMICALS

  7. SWAGE WASTE It is the root cause for the production of bacteria and microorganism.It contains solid and liquid waste.

  8. Oil pollution Oil from industries and various resources merge with water and lowers down the quality of water.

  9. TRASH This is purely human activity that contributes to the pollution in water bodies.

  10. Toxic Chemicals These chemicals are mainly released by industries or powerplants. They damage quality of water and dangerous for aquatic life.

  11. Rocks and Silt Heavy rocks and soil material blocks sunlight to reach to lower level of ocean and disturb the ecosystem of ocean.

  12. It impacts on quality of drinking water. More time and resources are needed to purify water.

  13. Activities e.g. swimming and scuba diving are badly effected due to pollution.

  14. Fish and other sea creations are in danger and a big ratio die every year due to contaminated water.

  15. There will be no life without water. We should realize this fact that water bodies are blessings indeed. Our actions are responsible for the life in oceans.

  16. Industries should construct away from water bodies. Their should be a proper cleaning system of water bodies.

  17. Government should make and impose law in this regard. Study of water and marine life is more aware about life in sea and problems related to this.
