  1. Palbace 125 Palbace 125mg is used to treat Breast Cancer. It is an anti-cancer drug. In India, breast cancer has surpassed cancers of the cervix and the oral cavity to be the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer deaths. Breast cancer most often begins with cells in the milk-producing ducts (invasive ductal carcinoma). Invasive lobular carcinoma is a type of breast cancer that originates in the glandular tissue called lobules. Breast Cancer can also begin in other cells or tissue within the breast. Palbace 125mg capsule is an anticancer medicine used for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)- positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Its consumption can have common side effects of fatigue, infections, rashes, anemia, hair loss, nose bleeds, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, blurred vision, and dryness of the eyes. Severe side effects are also possible as a result of Neutropenia, Leukopenia, and inflammation of the lungs. This medicine is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK) 4 and 6. Cyclin D1 and CDK4/6 lead to cellular proliferation. It works by blocking proteins called cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6, regulating cell growth and division. Cancer cell growth is blocked by this mechanism of blocking proteins.
