  1. TASIGNA 200MG CAPSULE Introduction: Tasigna 200mg Capsule is made up of an active substance Nilotinib. It is usually prescribed for children and adults who have been diagnosed as newly diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia and who have experienced negative side effects due to previous treatment. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia is a form of blood cancer which makes the body produce excessive white blood cells as a result of an the alteration of DNA. This treatment seeks to prolong survival, stop the progression of the disease, and eventually reducing the symptoms and signs. Uses of Tasigna 200mg Capsule:  Adults and children with chronic myeloid leukemia. How Tasigna 200mg Capsule Works: BCR-ABL tyrosine Kinase is the reason for the uncontrolled cell division in the case of CML. Tasigna 200mg Capsule blocks the pathway of signaling for protein enzyme kinase. It targets the BCR-ABL protein, and blocks the growth and spread of

  2. cancerous cells. It works against BCR-ABL mutations which are not able to respond to Imatinib treatment. Interaction with other drugs: Inform your doctor of any medication you take or had taken prior to the treatment. More Information: Place it in a safe place that is safe from view and from the reach of children. Don't store it above 30°C. Place the package in its original container to avoid moisture.
