  1. Cancer turns our world upside down! Why didn’t they call before showing up? I don’t know what help I need… Will I get fired? Who will help with the kids during treatment? How will I get through this? Am I dying?

  2. And our friends and family don’t always know how to help! I dont want to intrude… Do they want company? What else, other than flowers can I get them? Maybe I can do a grocery run? Can I still joke around? I don’t know what to say…
