The event started with lighting the lamps under the presence of the Chairman and Chancellor of Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur, Prof. (Dr.) Balvir S. Tomar, Managing Director Deeksha Sharma, BJP MLA Ritu Khanduri Bhushan, Acharya Shailesh Tiwari, and News India Editor-in-Chief, Vijay Trivedi. The Chairman and Chancellor of Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur, Prof. (Dr.) Balvir S. Tomar and Managing Director Deeksha Sharma greeted each guest and gave them a warm welcome at the event. Numerous notable individuals were on the guest list, including Nitin Gadkari, the Indian Minister of Road Transport and Highways, who arrived in a hydrogen-powered vehicle. Nitin Gadkari said that the growth of our nation should be centered on lowering logistical costs and promoting seaways for the transportation of commodities rather than using roads. In addition, Nitin Gadkari supported ethanol and its advantages. The high cost of electric vehicles in India was one of the most significant issues he brought up. Regarding that, he claimed that the price would be lower due to the numerous startups producing e-automobiles, which would finally lower the cost of E vehicles. Further, he claimed that the idea of politics needed to be altered and that people who work for society with good intentions will always be chosen. As part of the "Namami Gange project," the Minister of Road Transport and Highways made sure that numerous sewers were built so that sewage wouldn't enter the Ganga. Narendra Singh Tomar, Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, was present at the occasion and spoke about the agricultural sector. Manish Sisodia also commended Dr. Tomar for his work at the NIMS Hospital and NIMS University in the fields of medicine and education. He shed some insight on the subject of employment by stating that giving someone a job is also an act of patriotism and that by giving kids various options, we are cultivating future business owners. Besides this, the speaker of the Legislative Assembly Uttar Pradesh, Satish Mahana also graced the evening with his presence and shared his thoughts on politics as well. Rajiv Gandhi had a dream about technology and its advantages, said the member of the Rajasthan legislative assembly Mamta Bhupesh who also attended the conclave. Further by adding, she also stated that Rajiv Gandhi also had a strong belief in the empowerment of women. Shatrughan Sinha, a Lok Sabha representative for the All India Trinamool Congress, also attended the event and spoke about his experience working in both politics and Hollywood. The actor and TMC member claimed, "I didn't become a hero overnight, there was a true battle behind it." He thanked his audience, saying, "They are the ones who made me who I am today. I am not appreciative of directors and producers." He claimed that the south Indian film industry is leading in the movies and we should all be proud of it since, in the end, India is being represented throughout the world through these films.

Asaduddin Owaisi also expressed his opinion of Prime Minister Modi, claiming that he thrashed Muslim politicians because the BJP does not even field a single Muslim candidate. Former Minister of External Affairs of India, Salman Khurshid also attended the event and put his point of view on Prime Minister Modi and his work on international grounds. Rakesh Singh Tikait, the national spokesperson for the Bharatiya Kisan Union, spoke at the event and discussed the agricultural industry and farmer issues. He claimed that the Swami Nathan report was never implemented and that the government simply ignored us and our needs in favor of what was best for themselves rather than what was best for farmers. Furthermore, he asserted that the government will eventually have control over everything, including the media, and that if the same trend continues, everything will fall under its sway. Bharatiya Janata Party member Mahendra Bhatt also attended the event and shared his thoughts on democracy and how it contributes to our country. Besides this Mumtaz Patel, and Minister of state for home affairs Govt. Of India Nityanand Rai were also present in the conclave to congratulate News India 24x7 and its whole team. Maulana Mahmood Madani, a former Rajya Sabha member, attended the event and made the following statement: "India is an example for the world that comprises of many cultures and everyone is living together happily, but people who are taking advantage of this phenomenon should be regulated." Later, Member of Parliament, Samastipur Lok Sabha, Bihar Prince Raj, and the Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of India, Parshottam Rupala graced the event with their presence and talked about their fields and how it is contributing towards the nation-building and development. Further, a Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha from Bijnor, Malook Nagar attended the event and devotional singer Kanahiya Mittal made the atmosphere of the event soothing by singing his famous songs.
