  1. ‘She Told Me’byRoma Cove

  2. Music Video

  3. The Meaning I tried to find the song's lyrics, but due to the song's low number of streams, neither the band nor the specialised music websites didn't add it anywhere. I also couldn't discover any posts on social media that could describe the song's subtext or meaning, so I'm forced to rely on my own thoughts and opinions in this case. This song is about a woman and a man's relationship. The narration is told from the perspective of the man, so the emphasis is on his feelings and emotions. He further highlights her mistakes in the song, demonstrating once again that the narrative is a one-sided viewpoint. The entire song tells us about the difficulties and struggles they faced during their relationship.

  4. The genre ’She told me’ - indie/alternative. I did some research and discovered a very similar idea for a music video on our school's YouTube channel. ‘City Never Sleeps’

  5. The idea In the original video, the group prepares to perform and they first show the preparation process and then the event itself. I want to keep the idea of non-professional filming at the beginning and then combine it with the professional footage of the concert. I wanted to start the video with a shot inside the apartment: a guy stands half sideways to the camera and selects a sweater. Then there will be shots on the street with his friends (I need these shots to be hand-held to make it look like a non-professional video). And then I thought about professional shots of the concert.

  6. Visual Cues

  7. The cast I wanted to cast students from Hurtwood because my concept was appropriate for the age range of people at our school. I intended to cast boys groups from our school so that they would feel more comfortable with each other during the shoot and we could get more "real-life" shots. We can cast any of these groups from our school because the look of the boys doesn't really matter, but the only requirement is that the main singer must be a white europian guy because the original singer's voice wouldn't fit other ethnicities.

  8. Performance There are four members in the original band, and I wanted to keep that number of characters in our production as well. Since I'm not a professional musician, I just watched the song's original music video and discovered that three guitars, drums, and a guitar amp are required instruments for our production.

  9. Narrative (How are you telling a narrative? Story? Thematically?) As we cannot be not influenced by the meaning of the lyrics, assgdfhsghghfgg
