  2. Employee Management • You may know that managers are important part of the company as they can make or break their team and company. The most worrying for CEO’s and managers is that the employees not only leave the job because of getting better opportunities but also can leave the job due to the bad management style. • There are six basic management styles that the company can use for the effective working of their employee.

  3. Pacesetting

  4. In today’s fast economic the natural work of pacesetting manager is likely to be the tech start-up. They are the active demanding managers who want their employees to deliver the quality work at the given time. They like to work all day and night and want you to work in same way. • These pacesetting managers don’t leave a lot of place for the alternative ways of achieving goals, as they wants other to work in the same way as they are. • If your company is in crisis, or you are helping a team in the leadership, you must need to adopt this type of management to right the ship.

  5. Authoritative

  6. An authoritative manager calls employees meetings and make them to pay attention. They creates a goal or company mission and it makes them feel like the leaders that help them to realize the team’s intention. • If your company needs a big mission to make progress and it can handle the independence of employees, you must use this management style and be an inspiring visionary. If you will trust your members your team can work better and provide work in given time.

  7. Affiliative

  8. Affiliative managers makes their employees that they are the part of the family and creates an emotional bond with their employees. This technique can help to create strong connection of the employees with their workplace and one another. But a lot of emotional connection can cause lack of attention of the members towards the goal or performance they need to show. • When you need to build trust with your team members after the change of the team or company or after a long holidays, it might be a good idea to put your people first rather than the productivity.

  9. Coaching

  10. From the name, coaching management style is used to enhance and improve the skills of the employees. The managers and bosses identifies the skills of their team members and help them to improve those skills. • If you have good management and field experience then it’s a good way to improve company-wide team work.

  11. Coercive

  12. It is like dominating management style where the boss says to do it now or do it in the given way without any questioning. This is style is helpful in crisis when you have understood the condition and know what really to do but this can let employees morale down.

  13. Democratic

  14. The democratic manager is interested in building consensus. They like to give enough opportunity to the employees to improve their decision making by arranging sit-ups. This is a good way if you want to increase growth of company. • In this some managers can help the chain of commands while some can muddy the water for the team members by trying to show them broader minded. • This can be useful if you want to make employees feel that they have ownership in long term plan.
