Ultra Purge 5000 consists of highly efficient cleaning additives and is recommended for color and material change as well as for the removal of black spots, carbon residues, and shut-downs. Procedure and Usage Instructions: The purging compound can be used directly without any need for mixing or dilution. It is recommended to follow the standard procedure for cleaning the equipment, and the compound can be used for cleaning screw, barrel, nozzle, hot-runner, and gate of injection molding machines processing thermoplastic resins. Ultra Purge 5000 can be used at processing temperatures from 190°C (374°F) to 320°C (608°F).
