  1. Product Description: Ultra Purge C1420 is a highly efficient purging compound that is concentrated and needs to be mixed before usage. It is an ideal choice for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and sheet extrusion applications. The cleaning concentrate consists of highly efficient cleaning additives and does not contains any abrasives. Procedure and Usage Instructions: Before using Ultra Purge C1420, it needs to be mixed with 2 parts of unfilled virgin resin. The mixing ratio is 1:2 (1-part Ultra Purge and 2 parts unfilled virgin resin). This purging compound is suitable for cleaning in injection molding, hot- runners, extrusion, blow molding (with or without accumulator), and sheet extrusion applications. It can also be used for cleaning screw, barrel, nozzle, hot-runner, and gate of injection molding machines processing thermoplastic resins.
