  4. Background Concerns = • Windows based system - maintenance • Current T&A- labor intensive, time-consuming, unwieldy, and subject to human error • Double entry of timesheets • no administrative reporting

  9. Phase I • Employee Self-Service Time Entry • Auto Holiday Time (create/load holiday calendar) • Cost Accounting (entry only) • Auto Batching
