CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM • Activities • Provide training via phone, e-mail, web or on-site • Call customers annually to ensure they understand our role in supporting them • Impact • Reduces customer administrative burden • Customer at any level calls or e-mails army direct • Customer is not required to be an expert on “how to request or receive intelligence” • Army VO/DPM generates customer needs via e-mail to the producer • CSP ensures linkage between army VO/DPM & the customer at any level

Provides CBT via INTELINK web site for 96bs all source training with USAICS (2nd qtr) Promote INTELINK/INTELINK-S/internet AKO web page support to customers w/o resources or technical skill to maintain their own site. Implement hardware/software strategies that will increase the quality of customer service. Participate in key conferences and meetings. CURRENT OPERATIONS(CONTINUED)

FUTURE CHALLENGES • Do more with more technology over a sustained period of time • Replace slow, expensive processes with quick cost-effective solutions • Marshal the right tools • Take advantage of emerging technology • Work smarter and collaborate more effectively with producers and customers • Be more technically competent than the worker today (train and certify) • Keep the customer informed and trained
