  7. Sulfuric Acid Dilutors Sulfuric Acid dilutor cooler is used for continuous production of desired dilute sulfuric Acid of desired concentration and temperature. Its design is similar to cubic block Graphite Heat Exchanger fitted with a mixing head at Inlet.  Dilution water and concentrated Acid flowing through concentric passages mix in the mixing head and flow through multiple pass cubic block heat exchanger to achieve thorough mixing. Cooling water passing through the service side cools the mixture simultaneously to produce cool Sulphuric Acid of desired concentration and temperature at the outlet.
