  1. Karachi Rains: A Misfortune For Its People When it rains, Karachi sinks.

  2. Another year, another rain catastrophe in Karachi. Monsoon rains once again inundate the financial hub of Pakistan. Even though Karachi and its government had been forewarned of significant monsoon rain, they were again taken off guard when it began to rain.

  3. Even without rain, Eid Ul Azha in Karachi is a disaster. However, this year's rain proved to be the final straw. Animal sacrifices by city residents in the streets next to their residences have become customary. The saddest part of it all is that the inedible organs are being dumped on exposed trash heaps. Because of the flooding, the streets (and waste piles) will become a vile, disease-filled stew that can spread across the entire city.

  4. Heavy rains led to flooding in Karachi, causing havoc, killing people, and destroying property as water collected in residential areas, exposing the province government's ineffective efforts to clear them. Vehicles were replaced by boats, people were confined to their homes, cars were submerged in water, and the city was transformed into a giant water resort. However, the crucial question remains: is this the result of inadequate management or severe weather?

  5. Despite its economic importance, Karachi has always been an abandoned city since no administration has taken responsibility for it. For years after, politicians keep pointing the finger at one another rather than taking action to improve the city's infrastructure, electricity supply, and municipal management. They are all continuing that trend this year.
