  1. Meltblown Media by Park Nonwoven PARK Non Woven is all set to meet the sudden upsurge in demand for PPE kit, masks and other safety equipment amid the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. The company targets to substantially increase their meltblown media production from 50 million masks per annum to 90 million masks per annum. The target deadline stands to be early July 2020. The new line of production will cater to the increased demand in the PPE market for delivering higher efficiency respirators with lower pressure drop. Meltblown Media by Park Nonwoven is specifically used in manufacturing respirators, facemasks, surgical gowns, shoe covers, hair caps, cabin air filters and industrial/residential HVAC systems.

Meltblown Media by Park Nonwoven is specifically used in manufacturing respirators, facemasks, surgical gowns, shoe covers, hair caps, cabin air filters and industrial/residential HVAC systems. Meltblown Media is to be essentially used in the production for FFP1, FFP2, FFP3 and N95, N99 face masks in high demand recently. The Park Non Woven products come with high filtration efficiency of 95%, 99% and 99.8%. The antimicrobial coated media is also suitable for surgical face masks. High-end technique is applied to develop air and liquid filtration applications.
