  3. Log into Orbitz for Business(http://www.orbitzforbusiness.net) Call Orbitz – 1-800-320-2158

  4. Decide which profile you would like to work in: Your own, one of your travelers, or if you are booking for a guest.

  5. Set up profile in My Account

  6. Name must be as it appears on your government issued ID

  7. Add Administrative Assistant information, emergency contacts, and additional email addresses

  8. Add Frequent Flyer numbers, and they willautomatically be enteredintorecords

  9. Billing Info – Credit Card Billing address must match where bill sent Ability to store up to 5 credit cards Business and/or personal cards Designate credit card as ‘business’ if you wish your arranger(s) to use for booking Designate ‘personal’ – for your eyes only

  10. Add Orbitz TLC Alerts, and be notified of flight status

  11. OFB will keep track of all trips, past, present, and canceled, for easy reference at any time

  12. OFB tracks unused e-tickets, and prompts when they can be applied to new reservations.

  13. Choose a Travel Arranger from drop down menu to make arrangements for you

  14. Search for Flight Book multiple travelers

  15. Choose itinerary by price, airline, schedule, or number of stops

  16. Choose Seating

  17. Option to apply for upgrade using your frequent flier account. ( Note: one time $15 service fee will apply)

  18. Add Trip Name and Reference Fields for easy reconciliation

  19. Reservation Request is confirmed. Ability to add car and hotel to reservation. Ability to cancel reservation within first 24 hours of booking without charge (e-tickets only)
