    7. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Muslim Alleged Superiority of Islam over Christianity... ‘Unity of Islam and divisiveness of Christianity… Firstly, True Christianity promotes among believers universally (Eph 4:1-5) and demands it locally (1 Cor 1:10). The Scriptures recognize division and condemns it (1 Cor 3:1-3; 11:19). Secondly, Islam’s response to division in Christianity is a response to denominationalism and not true Christianity. They were in many instances a response to Catholicism. Thirdly, Islam itself is divided (Sunnies, Shites, Whahhabis, Suffis, and Bahasis, muslims and different factions within those factions. Some estimate uo to 73 different sects of Islam! AA

    8. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Concept of Love... Islamic (Koranic) Concept of love The Quran mentions the word love 69 times. Man’s love of things (15)... Human love (15)... Man’s love for Allah (7)… Allah’s love in the negative “God loveth not” (22)... Allah’s love for men (22)… AA

    9. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Concept of Love... Islamic Concept of love Allah’s love is only conditional… Only those who do good (Sura 2:195; 5:96). Only the pure and clean (2:222). Only those who are righteous (Sura 19:96). Only the persevering or patient (Sura 3:146). Only those who love and follow the prophet (Sura 3:31). Only those who will fight in his cause (Sura 61:4). Of the 99 names for Allah not once is he actually called love. AA

    10. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Concept of Love... Christian (Biblical) Concept of love Christianity was founded upon God’s love for all men (Jn 3:16). Not just manifested by physical provision or loving only those who love Him (Matt 5:42-48). In the Scriptures written some 600 yrs. prior to the Quran, God is called love (1 Jn 4:8, 16). AA

    12. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Concept of Love... Christian (Biblical) Concept of love He is also called the “God of Love” “Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.” (2 Cor 13:11 KJV) AA

    13. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Concept of Love... Christian (Biblical) Concept of love Sacrifice is at the “center” of the Christian concept of love. This how God’s love is manifested to all humanity! Christians react or respond to that God’s love! 15. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Concept of Love... Christian (Biblical) Concept of love Sacrifice is at the “center” of the Christian concept of love. This how God’s love is manifested to all humanity! This is the love Jesus commands of His followers (Rom 12:17-21). Our very faith should operate by love (Gal 5:6). Rom. 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. Rom. 12:18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Rom. 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Rom. 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Rom. 12:21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.Rom. 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. 17. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Grace Vs Works... Islam operates on a system of meritorious works.

    19. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Fundamental Differences... Grace Vs Works... Islam operates on a system of meritorious works. Christianity teaches the difference and connection between grace and works… There is nothing one can do to earn his or her salvation (Lk 17:10 Cf Rom 4:1-8). We are saved by grace (Eph 2:5-10).

Christianity teaches the difference and connection between grace and works… There is nothing one can do to earn his or her salvation (Lk 17:10 Cf Rom 4:1-8). We are saved by grace (Eph 2:5-10). We serve God because we love God we love God because He first loved us (Rom 3:22-28)

    23. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Doctrinally Predestination... Islam teaches, holds, and promotes “predestination”

    25. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Doctrinally Predestination... Islam teaches, holds, and promotes “predestination”. The Holy Bible teach that man has free will and individual destiny is not already predetermined (Rom 6:16-18)! Note Paul’s inspired teaching regarding this matter (Rom 8:27-30). Rom. 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Rom. 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Rom. 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. Rom. 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Rom. 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

    26. “Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (2 Th 2:14 KJV)“Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (2 Th 2:14 KJV)

    28. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Doctrinally Heaven... In Islam the concept of heaven is quite different than that of Christianity… The Quran states that God has created 7 heavens! (Sura’s 2:29; 23:86-87; 71:15-16). Its view of paradise is far different from of the Scriptures. It speaks in literal language in its description of “paradise”. (Sura 55:46-78). This is far different than that of Christianity Cf Lk 16:19; 23:43; 2 Cor 12:4). Note the inspired words of the apostles (1 Cor 15:44; 1 Jn 3:2) Scriptures are generally vague in its descriptions of Heaven and paradise "Abraham's Bosom" with the exception of The Book of Revelation which's language is figurative regarding heaven and is not to be taken literally. Scriptures are generally vague in its descriptions of Heaven and paradise "Abraham's Bosom" with the exception of The Book of Revelation which's language is figurative regarding heaven and is not to be taken literally.

    30. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Doctrinally Heaven... One of the most amazing concepts of the Quran’s view of heaven and paradise is what it says about women! (Sura 55:67-78; 56:27-40; 78:31-33). Some men will be given 7 endowed virgins for their pleasure! Other Koranic verses speak of men having “young handsome boys” (Sura 52:24; 56:17; 76:19). http://www.religionfacts.com/homosexuality/islam.htm#1

    31. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Morally Marriage... How did Mohammed view marriage? He had 11 wives one of which was 6 years old. The Arab culture in which Islam was established allowed polygamy and men could marry as many women as they wanted. The Quran addressed this social circumstance by placing a limitation on the number of wives a man could have. (Sura 4:3; 33:49-51)

    33. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Morally... Marriage... The message of Jesus is clear on this matter (Matt 5:31-32; 19:8-9).

    35. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Morally... Armed, Conflict, Violence, War and Bloodshed... There is no doubt in the Quran about this subject. Jahad (Holy War) is justifiable in Islam (Sura 47:4; 9:1-5,29). Many muslims will try and speak of the conditional nature of war and Jahad but their book and history show otherwise!

    36. The Problems Of Islam… Christianity Vs Islam... Morally... The teaching of Christ are quite different His kingdom is not of this world (Jn 18:36). Christians are commanded to love their enemies (Matt 5:44-46). Christianity seeks to save its enemies and not destroy them!
