  2. If you want to integrate Microsoft Outlook with your mail server, you’ll quickly find that this is a fairly easy process when using the Microsoft Exchange Server, available through MailEnable.

  3. When you do a Microsoft Exchange Outlook integration, you’ll find that the Exchange server is a program that is hosted by a local server, making it easy for you to use the same server to send messages, work with message and more. You can even work with messages and send them to individuals using the same server without being connected to the web.

  4. Integration of Microsoft Outlook Exchange allows you to manage contact information and email without needing to use two programs.

  5. Step – 1# First, you’ll need to open Outlook, going to the Control Panel of the program.

  6. Step – 2# Once you arrive at the control panel, the next step for Microsoft Exchange Outlook integration is to choose the “Mail and Fax” option, which allows you to see profiles that have been set up previously.

  7. Step – 3# Use the “Show Profiles” option, then choose the profile that you would like to change.

  8. Step – 4# Next, choose the button that says “Properties.”

  9. Step – 5# Now go to the “services tab and choose the “Add Service” button.

  10. Step – 6# Now you will be able to add the Exchange Server right to the profile. In the dialog box that appears, make sure you choose the “Microsoft Exchange Server” option and then click “OK.”

  11. Step – 7# Now you’ll need to provide your Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server information. The information you’ll need includes your mailbox name as well as the server name. Ensure that your mailbox is ready to go if you haven’t used the mailbox

  12. Step – 8# Now it’s time to choose the settings that you want for the Microsoft Exchange Outlook integration.

  13. Step – 9# Start by choosing the right connection settings.

  14. Step – 10# Choose the “Show Profiles” option, go to the “Microsoft Exchange Server” and then select the “Properties” button.

  15. Step – 11# Go to the tab that says “General” where you will be able to decide how you want to deal with email messages. Exchange and Outlook will work online by default, but it’s also possible to choose the “Work Offline” option and then you can choose your connection type when you log into the program.

  16. Step – 12# You’ll then want to go to the “Advanced” tab and set up your encryption and security preferences. If you plan to work offline most of the time, you can uncheck the box that says “Use Network Security During Logon” and choose the “When Using Dial-up Networking” option instead.

  17. Step – 13# Now you’ll need to head to the “Offline Folder Settings” option, choosing the encryption settings you want to use for offline files. It’s possible to choose high encryption, default encryption or no encryption at all. It’s also important to set the time of day when you want to connect to the web to get the emails from remote mailboxes.

  18. Step – 14# Go to the “Settings” panel and then choose the tab that says “Remote Mail.” Hit the “Schedule” button and then go to the “check at” box and enter the correct time. It’s also possible to decide how often you want to check email by providing a time interval in the box that says “Every.”

  19. Step – 15# To save your settings, make sure that you hit the “OK” button.

  20. Once you have followed all these steps your Microsoft Exchange Outlook integration should be complete, allowing you to move forward.
