  1. Fashion Guide for Women – Outfit Ideas for Winter

  2. Winter has come and that means a whole new season. No, we are not taking about a season for a popular television show; we are talking about a new season for fashion. Winter is the time when we’re all in an overall festive mood. Winter fashion for women in India consists of a special mix of ethnic and casual. Most of our festivals take place during winter. Even our weddings happen during winter. This is also the party season the world over. All these things contribute greatly to making winter in India a highly fashionable season. We can often find ourselves looking for outfit ideas for winter as we constantly have one thing or another to attend where we need to look our best.

  3. If you too find yourself with the same dilemma, looking for casual outfit ideas for winter, here are some cool outfit ideas for winter that you can definitely try out this season. • Long A-line kurtas and dresses • Unique Saree drapes • Long vests • Kimono style trench coats • Denim jackets

  4. Long A-line Kurtas & Dresses Floor length kurtas or long dresses are in this season. Long dresses or kurtas with ethnic prints are great for a Diwali party or a sangeet or pre-wedding bash. They’re comfortable and incredibly fashionable to look at.

  5. Unique Saree Drapes Wear your saree with a modern twist, and drape it like a gown. Show off those curves in the styles that are rocking the ramp, or bring back the old modern style of Mumtaz. Still not enough? Throw in a blazer, a crop top, a tube, or anything that catches your fancy, in place of the boring old blouse, and add a whole new, quirky dimension to the traditional 9 yards. Add a belt. Make an absolute fusion to own the saree-clad look this year.

  6. Long Vests Winter isn’t all about parties, we need a few casual outfit ideas for winter now and then. Since most parts of India don’t have very severe winters, we can get away with not wearing heavy sweaters and coats. Long sleeveless vests or capes are trendy and comfortable. They can be worn when there’s a slight chill in the air. Worn over a simple jeans and t-shirt they can instantly lift the outfit and pull the look together.

  7. Kimono Style Trench Coats Kimono style trench coats: Priyanka Chopra made these super fashionable by wearing a trench coat gown to the red carpet. The stylish mix of a modern robe, a traditional kimono and a proper coat has been a surprisingly fashionable and well-accepted trend since then and are great staple for winter.

  8. Denim Jackets Denim jackets are making quite a stir in the fashion world lately. Oversized denim jackets along with high-waisted jeans and a simple t-shirt make for a cool outfit idea for winter.
